How the site works further defined and example:
Each auction runs at its own pace. Some auctions have reserves and some don’t. When you see an item you like bid on it. Once the reserve price is met and the clock runs out the last bidder at that time wins! When there is a winner they will recive final instructions in their account as to how to get the product released. When you win an auction you will have to provide your contact & delivery information and make final payment.

Let's say that (item "A") has a reserve of $15.00
Once (item “A”) has a bid price that equals $15.00 then the reserve is off and the auction will close when there are no more bids and the clock runs out. The last bidder will then provide their contact & delivery information and make final payment and the product will be released.
